If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible to request a full refund or a replacement. To initiate this, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the issue along with your order ID. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We also understand that payment errors can happen. If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, we will verify and credit the duplicate payment to your account within 24 hours. If the refund is not reflected within that time, please email us at support@selltifys.store with proof of payment, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for orders where the wrong size or color was selected by the customer. For such cases, we offer easy exchanges — kindly refer to our Exchange Policy for details.
